About Me
My way of working is a blend of various approaches to counselling meaning that I am able to meet the needs of each and individual client that I work with. I strongly believe that every person’s experience of therapy should, like you, be unique.
It is my aim to provide you with a space that is safe, confidential and free of judgement, so that you are able to take time away from the stresses and pressures of life to freely explore whatever is troubling you.
I can work sort term or more open-ended if needed depending on your needs.
Each session will last 50 minutes, typically meeting on a weekly basis. It is entirely your decision as to how many sessions you wish to have.

Location
I offer a counselling service based within the heart of Dudley Town Centre in the West Midlands.
Zour Street is easily accessible when travelling from Dudley, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Brierley Hill, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Oldbury, Pensnett, Tipton, Halesowen, Wombourne, Sedgley, Kingwinford, Walsall and West Bromwich.

Training, qualifications & experience
My professional development is on-going and I attend various training events and workshops to further my knowledge and experience. As a BACP registered practitioner I am gaining professional certificates in addition to my relevant qualifications, which include:
- Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Level 3 Counselling Skills & Theory
- Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3
- Level 2 Counselling Skills & Theory
I also have several years’ experience working within an education environment providing emotional and social support to young adults.
