Grief counselling can also help you through the various stages of grief.It is important to know that not one experience of grief is ever the same, it is not uncommon to feel shock and denial, pain and guilt, anger and frustration, depression, loneliness and isolation. While speaking about loss is painful, counselling allows you space and time find your own ways of coping.
