Anger
While anger is a normal and sometimes appropriate response to the actions of others, if experienced frequently and to extremes, anger can become unmanageable, potentially influencing your thoughts or behaviour in an unhelpful way. This in turn may lead to difficulties in relationships with others and general day to day life.
How can counselling help?
Talking about anger in therapy can be helpful in several ways; firstly, it can help to identify what triggers your feelings of anger, giving you a safe place to get it off your chest! Secondly, working with a counsellor allows you to explore many different techniques that can be useful in managing your anger.
